Having guided past restaurants to win national awards, new owners Chris and Dani Bower and head chef Adam Wech are excited with the new menu in the knowledge that the freshness, quality and abundance of produce right on their doorstep is amazing.  The style at Zinc is a classic mix of traditional European offerings with a touch of modern Australian flair.
