The churrasco style of cooking is a South American and Latin American tradition where beef and a variety of other meats are cooked on a purpose-built 'churrasqueira', a barbecue grill with supports for spits or giant skewers.
In keeping with the Brazilian style of churrascaria, the waiters at Bushfire Flame Grill move around the restaurant with the skewers, slicing meat onto the diner's plate, offering as much as one can eat, until you signal that you have had enough.
Bushfire Flame Grill is proud to offer this experience along with an à la carte menu. The chefs carefully select the freshest regional ingredients and the finest Australian beef, lamb, pork, chicken and other seasonal treats. Brazilian Seafood Moqueca is also a specialty.
